5 ways to create a date night deserves a place on the calendar

I've gone on record as saying that ' ritual "date night" ' can actually save your relationship. It is important that your date mate ' and keep the romance alive after the honeymoon phase has ended. Trust me, you can make those work deadlines, and still have time for date night. Juggling your calendar is hard, but it can be done. Not sure where to start? Here are some tips.


1. Select day and stick with it. make sure you know your date night will not be pre-empted by soccer game or permanent nail set and stick to it. Every week on the same day, you will be scheduling a romantic evening you your honey. Divine date night. Hire a babysitter, dog sitter, and take over the invitation of happy hour.


2. take turns scheduling plans. every week, you and your honey should alternate as determined in a walk. Get creative. Could be as simple as in-room dining by candlelight, to find events to attend such as comedy shows, movies and dramas, or free concerts.


3. legislative night foreplay. Show some enthusiasm and excitement leading up to your date. Leave a love note on your pillow or sending text messages to each other in anticipation of your night. Eject underwear that has been collecting dust in your Office, and wear it throughout the day.


4. leave room. if a fight with your boss or concerned about a coming, take a break from talking about it on date night. There is plenty of time to talk about working out your evening.
